Accolade's "concierge" service

I signed up with Accolade through my insurance, expecting their concierge medicine approach to actually smooth out healthcare hassles but instead, I've had four separate medical services denied during their prior authorization process and one of them happening when my partner was literally prepped for the OR, talk about nerve wracking, I'm wondering if others have experienced similar roadblocks or delays because of Accolade's involvement, it's frustrating when a service meant to help ends up getting in the way of urgent care

I had the same issue with Accolade. They're really doing that even on a basic MRI approval. It felt like more red tape than help. It was so sad because often when we ask for help, timing really matters.
