Anyone else using WEX for HSA or FSA?

I've been using WEX to manage my HSA for about a year now through my employer and overall, I could say it gets the job done, but it's not without a few hiccups, on the good side reimbursements are usually processed in about 1 to 3 business days once approved, and the mobile app makes it easy to upload receipts or check balances on the fly, I also like that they offer a decent investment platform once you hit a certain balance threshold in your HSA
But on the bad side, documentation requests can get weirdly picky, like I've had prescriptions denied even with clear pharmacy receipts and the user interface (both desktop and app) feels dated, and sometimes it takes a few tries to get claims to go through without errors

Anyone have better luck with a different provider?

Yeah, I've been using WEX too and pretty much had the same experience. It works, but man, their interface feels like it's stuck in 2012.

WEX works but barely. It's like driving a '98 Corolla...technically gets you there, but everything feels clunky and outdated. If your employer ever offers Fidelity or Lively, run, don't walk
