Quick question. I'm trying to decide between my company's HSA and HRA plans. currently, it's just me and my partner on the HRA.
I'm wondering if switching to the HSA is better for our growing family? here are the details.
For the HSA plan, the annual deductible is $3,500. The company contribution is at $1,200, the family out of pocket max is $7,500 (in network) The prescription drugs, deductible applies unless on the "Bypass List."
On the other hand, the HRA plan is like this
Annual Deductible is $2,200 with company Contribution: $1,200, The family out of pocket Max is $12,500 (in network). for prescription drugs, the deductible does not apply.
thanks for any inputs, suggestions!
