What to expect filing a claim with Allstate health solutions

I recently submitted a claim with Allstate Health Solutions and wanted to get a sense of what the typical process looks like. I couldn't complete it through the online portal, so I had to submit it via email. The confirmation I received mentioned that a response could take a few days, but it didn't specify an exact timeframe.
For those who've filed claims before, how long did it take for you to hear back? and also do you know if the method of submission or the type of claim will affect the process at all?
