Help about $0 Oscar Health plan

I was browsing my state-subsidized options and landed on an Oscar Health plan that's listing a $0 monthly premium and $0 copays for doctor visits. Sounds perfect, yesss... However, the online reviews are brutal about customer service and claims handling. I'm just curious about if I do sign up, will I be locked in for the whole year? I'm dealing with several health concerns and can't risk being stuck in a plan that's a nightmare to use.

During open enrollment, you're set for the entire year unless something significant changes in your life. Make sure to think about the provider networks and the medications covered, in addition to the premium costs

You're not locked in for the full year. You can cancel an Oscar Health plan at any time, though the timing affects when coverage ends. If you signed up through the marketplace, you can also switch plans during open enrollment or a qualifying life event. The main thing is to confirm how long coverage will last after cancellation so you don't have a gap
I hope you understand this
